What the job involves

• Welcoming customers and building relationships.
• Providing fantastic customer service.
• Understanding customer needs and helping with travel money needs.
• Applying training and offering expert advice on products and services.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence, and celebrate success.
• Following company processes and paying attention to detail to keep operations on track.
