Student Wellbeing Coach: ESOL & Pastoral Support

Kirklees Council is seeking a Pastoral Mentor based in Huddersfield to provide dedicated pastoral support to a caseload of ESOL students. The role involves working with curriculum, safeguarding and support teams to help students overcome personal, social and academic barriers and engage fully with their studies.

The position focuses on delivering pastoral interventions, monitoring attendance and wellbeing, and making referrals to support services.
