Housekeeping Team Lead – College Campus

Radley College is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support a team across residential and communal areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will coach staff, implement induction and ongoing training, and monitor standards through audits while adhering to health, safety and security procedures. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings or weekends is required.
