Neurodiverse Classroom Assistant – Small Classes, Big Impact

Phoenix Learning and Care is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support neurodiverse pupils aged 7–16 at The Grange School, Thatcham (RG19). The role is permanent and term-time only, with a salary of £23,475.20–£24,371.20 per year for 40 hours/week across 39.2 weeks per year.

You’ll work in small classes and receive full training and support. Their focus is personalised learning, measuring progress beyond formal qualifications.
