Job Description:
NHS National Services Scotland in Scotland is seeking an IM&T Technician to provide internal IT support across hardware, software and systems within Public Services Delivery Scotland. You will triage to specialist teams, support onboarding/offboarding and manage incidents to resolution.
The role requires a degree or equivalent IT experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft 365; experience with ITIL-based support and ServiceNow is preferred.
