Job Description:

Prepare and finish surfaces to a professional standard, including painting, wallpapering, and surface repairs.
Ensure all reinstated areas meet project specifications and provide a clean, uniform, and durable finish.
Work independently or alongside other trades to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Communicate clearly and professionally with Policy Holders to minimise disruption and maintain a positive customer experience.
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment and comply with all health and safety requirements.
Accurately record work completed and materials used in company systems.

Proven experience in painting, decorating, and surface preparation within restoration or residential environments.
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes across a range of decorating tasks.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and resolve issues on-site.
Physical ability to work in varied environments and maintain a high level of workmanship.
Desirable: Relevant decorating or painting qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ).
Full UK driving license.
