Job Description:
Academics is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support Early Years provision on the outskirts of Maidstone. This 1-year fixed term contract starts September 2026 and is ideal for an experienced, nurturing TA who can foster confidence and curiosity in young learners within EYFS.
The successful candidate will deliver play-based activities, support phonics, early literacy, numeracy and language development, adapt for diverse needs, and uphold safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
