Commis Chef: Fast-Paced Kitchen, Park Perks

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Commis Chef for our kitchen team at Lower Hyde, Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. This role progresses culinary skills in a fast-paced environment and supports dish prep and service throughout shifts.

You’ll contribute to maintaining high standards, help manage stock, and follow health and safety procedures while working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and career development are available across 65 UK parks.
