Teaching Assistant KS3-4 – Term-Time, Path to Senior TA

Compass Learning Centre in Dorset is recruiting two Teaching Assistants to support students across Key Stage 3 and 4. The post is 32–35 hours per week, term-time including INSET days, with progression to Senior Teaching Assistant at Grade 7 for the right candidate.

Appointments are made within Dorset Council Grades 5-6, with a pro-rated salary range of £20,908–£22,273 for 35 hours, rising to £25,583–£27,254 FTE; a pay award is pending.
