Job Profile / Description

Exciting Middle Leadership Opportunity – Maternity Cover: Earlsheaton Infant School is delighted to offer a maternity cover role for an aspiring middle leader who wishes to further develop leadership experience and make a real impact within a nurturing school community. The successful candidate will be based in the Reception class, lead on Reading across the school, and gain valuable leadership experience through regular responsibility for the school due to the Executive Headteacher’s split role.

The position is available on a fixed‑term contract or secondment basis from as soon as possible, and no later than 2 November 2026, until 31 August 2027.
