Career-Ready Education Support Assistant

TeacherActive is seeking an adaptable role to support learners with SEND, leading small groups on external work placements and helping them develop workplace skills, confidence and independence.

You will work with teachers, therapists and employers to maximise educational and employment outcomes, while maintaining safeguarding and DBS standards and contributing to learner progress reviews across vocational and life-skills programmes.
