Employment Law Advisor — Member Support Centre

Prospect Union in London is seeking an Employment Law Advisor to join our Member Contact Centre. You will use your professional attitude, communication skills and customer service experience to deliver an excellent service to Prospect members.

Your role will be varied from updating member records to providing support on a broad range of employment issues. The ideal candidate will have Employment Law knowledge, superb telephone manner, and the ability to multitask and work with initiative.
