Salary and Working Hours
Starting rate £13.52 per hour (£26,363 per annum), increasing to £13.69 once full training has been completed (Includes London Weighting Allowance). Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.
Potential to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses based on performance against key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
- Handle transactions accurately and securely.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus – ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.
Qualifications
No prior experience in pawnbroking is required. Genuine interest in people, strong sense of integrity, and willingness to learn are essential.
