Sales Assistant

Position

Cannock Chase Cycle Centre is seeking a Sales Assistant for its trail centre store in Rugeley, Staffordshire. This role is full‑time, with up to 39 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Store hours are 8:45 am – 5 pm, except Tuesdays and Wednesdays when closed. Salary range is £22,000‑£26,000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors.
• Assist customers in selecting bikes, gear, and accessories that meet their needs and budget.
• Provide expert product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and build attractive displays.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inventory.

• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience in sales or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
