Sales Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Glasgow Argyle
Contract: PT (8‑16 hour)
Flexibility: Monday‑Sunday (rotating shifts)
Pay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour + 30% staff discount
Footasylum is looking for an energetic, approachable Sales Assistant to be the vibe of our store. Your mission is to create a next‑level shopping experience by providing expert product knowledge, styling guidance, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Style the full fit: ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks – kicks, layers, accessories, and care kits.
- Know the product and the culture: learn every silhouette, the tech behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care; become a Brand Ambassador.
- Host the hype: lead launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations.
- Chase the win: drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
- Keep it premium: maintain visuals, stock, and a clean, fresh store appearance.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, confident and approachable, with a passion for starting conversations.
- Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, curious to learn more.
- Flexible for evenings and weekends, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
- Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to develop.
- Under 18 applicants must adhere to working restrictions (no work past 10 pm).
