Wine Retail Assistant Manager – Lead, Inspire & Drive Sales

Majestic Wine Inverness is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and daily store operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise KPI performance, and develop junior team members while maintaining high standards.

You’ll lead with passion for our range, manage tasting events, and drive a VIP service mindset. The role requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends and a full UK manual driving licence; 45 hours per week are expected.
