Responsibilities

• To ensure individual targets and key performance indicators are monitored and met each month
• Maintain housekeeping and brand visual merchandising standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience is always executed and handle customer feedback promptly and courteously
• Assisting business managers and stock control manager to maintain stock level and integrity
• Take full direction from management and respond efficiently and promptly to requests and directions
• Develop a thorough product knowledge and always maintain a professional image and attitude as a brand ambassador
• Develop clienteling and client loyalty
• Ensure that daily reports and monthly reports are properly completed and submitted on time. Assist managers to acquire retail figures for weekly report
• Adhering to all policy and guidelines given by the company and the store(s) in which you work

Experience
