Job Description:
Paragon Skills in Reading is expanding its team of Personal Tutors to support Health and Social Care learners on Levels 2 and 3. You will deliver engaging teaching, manage a caseload, and build strong relationships with employer partners.
This role requires Level 3 assessor qualification and a teaching qualification, willingness to travel for observations, and adherence to GDPR. The Elevate programme and central teams provide support while you help learners progress toward their qualifications.
