CONCIERGE- Arora Towers – 02- Front Office

Role Overview

Concierges are passionate about creating unique and memorable experiences for guests. They provide a warm welcome, share knowledge about hotel facilities and local attractions, and assist with arrangements and special requests. They act as the main point of contact throughout guests’ stay and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Share knowledge of the local area and suggest suitable places for guests to visit.
• Assist guests with arrangements and special requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain basic understanding of H&S responsibilities, including awareness of emergency procedures, fire safety, incident reporting, and contractor management.
• Promptly and courteously address inquiries, requests, and concerns of guests.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English.
• Basic H&S understanding.
• 5-star hotel experience in a similar role is a real advantage.
• Membership of the Golden Keys is a plus.
