This is a Board‑facing leadership role, lining in to the CEO, with full accountability for financial strategy, performance, and funding. You’ll play a critical role in scaling a regulated lending business — ensuring we have the financial discipline, insight, and capital structure to grow sustainably.

What you’ll deliver
- Set and lead the financial strategy aligned to growth and risk appetite
- Partner the CEO and Board on key commercial and strategic decisions
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and audit readiness
- Lead the funding strategy, including structuring debt facilities

About You
What we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally in regulated or consumer finance
- Strong track record in funding strategy, capital management, and financial control
- Ability to operate at Board level and influence senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic, hands‑on leader who can build high‑performing teams
