Vice President Project Execution – Energy Infrastructure

Overview

We’re partnered by a leading Energy & Data Center platform for a critical senior hire to lead their European Energy & Utility Delivery organisation. This is a genuine portfolio‑level leadership role where you’ll own end‑to‑end utility infrastructure strategy across a large, fast‑moving pipeline of concurrent high‑voltage projects spanning generation, transmission, substation development, and energy procurement.

Responsibilities

Single‑threaded executive accountability for getting power to sites on time, on budget, and ahead of customer demand. You’ll drive project execution from concept through energisation, define capital allocation priorities, and build the utility partnerships that underpin European expansion.

Qualifications

• A strong track record delivering complex, high‑value energy infrastructure at portfolio‑scale HV substation, transmission, or generation programmes.
• Experience negotiating with TSOs, DNOs, and substation EPs.
• Credibility as an executive representative to utilities, investors, and government stakeholders.
• The leadership presence to build and mentor a high‑performing project delivery team.
