Job Role: Service Technician
Location: Dundonald
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday- Friday 830-5pm
Blue Arrow are excited to be working a leading manufacturer of medical products to offer a temporary Service Technician role in Dundonald. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll maintain and service medical equipment based on site at a local hospital, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities:
- Service, repair and clean client and competitor products
- Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency
- Carry out unplanned and PPM and repairs
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols
- Maintain stock and complete accurate paperwork
- Support additional duties as required by management
You will have:
- Manual handling skills
- Emotional resilience when working with vulnerable customers
- Knowledge of medical equipment such as profiling beds and hoists
- Understanding of infection control and inventory management
- An Enhanced Access NI check will be required for this role
