To join a successful NI FMCG producer on a days basis to leading production activities across the site.

A days based role, reporting into senior management, you will be;

• Leading production team & leaders to ensure targets & quality is achieved
• Staff leadership, coaching & development
• Ensuring quality standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for…

• Supervisory / management experience, ideally within an FMCG environment
• Strong people leadership skills
• Confident communication skills
