Flexible Working30 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 local holiday The Rolen You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transactional finance function, working closely with the wider team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial control within a fast-growing SSC environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
• Support day-to-day AP & AR activities

n

• Process payments and manage cash allocations

n

• Complete bank reconciliations

n

• Maintain supplier records and manage queries

n

• Process invoices using Basware and SAP systems

n

• Handle manual invoices in line with company processes

n

• Set up new suppliers and maintain accurate data

n

• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations

n

• Resolve supplier and payment queries

n

• Support month-end and year-end processes

n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
• Experience in AP, AR or a combined finance role

n

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

n

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

n

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

n

• A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop

n

n
