Key Responsibilities:n

- Handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity
- Providing an efficient, client-focused service with regular client updates
- Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider team when required

Requirements:

- n
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
