As an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial property matters, develop your client relationships, and play a key role in the continued expansion of a market-leading practice

Your new teamn Working as part of a nationally recognised Commercial Property team, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters for investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, developers and other commercial clients.

Your new role

    n

  • Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, assetn management and telecoms work.
  • n

  • Lead transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • n

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property agreements.
  • n

  • Support clients involved in strategic development projects.
  • n

  • Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
  • n

  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate and Transactional Property Group.
  • n

  • Participate in business development, networking and profile-raising activities.
  • n

  • Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
  • n

  • Deliver commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned to clients' business objectives.
  • n

What you'll need to succeedn Applications are encouraged from qualified Commercial Property Solicitors with experience gained at a respected regional, national or international law firm.

  • Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
  • n

  • Strong technical and drafting skills.
  • n

  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
  • n

  • A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
  • n

  • Confidence managing matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
  • n

  • An interest in business development and growing client relationships.
  • n

  • A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
  • n

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, particularly at Senior Associate or Managing Associate level.
