n Key Responsibilities

- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting credit control and customer account management.
- Assisting with month-end procedures, including journals and reconciliations.
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Supporting payroll administration where required.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative duties.

n About You
n

- n
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance role.
- Good understanding of transactional finance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
