The Opportunity

Join our Birmingham team and help grow an established contract or permanent desk as part of an exciting expansion strategy.

As a 360 Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client and candidate relationships, win new business, and drive successful placements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Contract recruitment experience preferred
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Driven, resilient, and results-focused
