You will need to be a strong Corporate lawyer, coming from a City/leading firm, but also genuinely entrepreneurial and commercial – a lawyer who can think outside the box. Our client’s advice is praised for being outcome based – it’s this legal and consultative approach that the firm’s clients love.
Our client is looking for an a junior/a more experienced partner and would consider a both existing partners or bringing in a counsel/director, or a senior associate, directly as a partner. This is more about the individual and proven client/interpersonal skills than following, as there is vast opportunity to grow work from the platform.
