Remote Head of Governance & Board Excellence

Membership Bespoke is seeking a Part Time Head of Governance to ensure compliance and strengthen governance across the organization. This home-based role involves working closely with the Board of Trustees, advising on best governance practices.

The successful candidate will lead governance development, provide expert advice, and oversee board processes. Significant experience in governance is essential, particularly within the charity or membership sector. Excellent knowledge of UK charity law is required.
