Maths Lead & Assistant Head of Faculty

Countesthorpe Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Faculty and Maths Lead to drive high standards in Maths across Key Stages 3–5. You will lead the Maths/BS/IT faculty, coach staff, and work with senior leaders to ensure excellent teaching and learning and strong student outcomes.

The role requires a proactive, dynamic approach, commitment to the school values, and the ability to work collaboratively within the LiFE MAT alongside a supportive team.
