Head of Learning Support & SEN Strategy

Denstone College is seeking a Head of Learning Support to lead SEN provision, monitor policy implementation, and advise the Senior Management Team. You will oversee literacy and numeracy support, develop targeted plans, and provide guidance to teaching staff.

The role requires a deep knowledge of SEN practices, EHCP processes and JCQ guidelines, a teaching qualification, and extensive educational experience. A DBS check and strong communication are essential.
