Production People & Culture Director – On-Set Leader

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a People & Culture Director to oversee HR for their UK productions. This role involves advising and supporting production teams across multiple locations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will bring significant HR experience in media, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires on-site presence at Leavesden Studios four days a week.
