Taylor Root is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel with 2–5 years PQE for their London legal team. This role offers a great opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer looking to transition into a broad, commercially focused in-house position with international exposure.

You will support M&A transactions, draft contracts, and advise on corporate governance while working closely with a highly regarded General Counsel. A strong corporate M&A background is required, with a proactive mindset preferred.
