Jackson Hogg are exclusive partners of a specialist manufacturing business recruiting a Head of Quality based in Reading with weekly travel to other UK sites. The role leads an end-to-end quality strategy spanning production, product and customer-facing quality to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive continuous improvement, CAPA/RCA programs and robust governance, ensuring right‑first‑time quality and strong cross-functional alignment with engineering and operations.
