Role
The role: You’ll work closely with our Head of Engineering or Head of AI. You’ll be expected to be comfortable across the full stack – AI, backend and frontend – and move between them as the product demands. We’re a small team, so versatility matters more than specialisation right now.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve shipped impactful products before.
- You don’t mind flying solo and getting your hands dirty early on, but you know exactly how to scale an architecture to a team as we grow.
- You’re sharp, curious, and energized by complex, ambiguous problems rather than comfortable, predictable ones.
- Experience building real-time audio or developer-facing API platforms is a massive plus.
Compensation
- Salary: a competitive salary, benchmarked to the role and your experience. We’re happy to discuss specifics early on.
