Independent Living Coordinator – Travel Required

Abri Group in Merriott (TA16 5RD) is seeking an Independent Living Partner to oversee housing management in our schemes for older people. You will be the first point of contact for tenancy, leasehold and scheme management, supporting customers to access welfare services and referring to internal/external agencies when appropriate.

You will manage the social alarm system, complete compliance and health and safety checks, and work to promote resident involvement and community engagement.
