Microwave Products Group (MPG) Europe seeks a Head of Technical Engineering to lead and deliver technical direction across RF and Microwave product development. You will provide architectural oversight and hands-on leadership within the MPG Europe Engineering team onsite in the UK.
Reporting to the VP MPG Europe, you will mentor engineers, drive engineering strategy, and advance filter design excellence throughout the full product lifecycle.
