Property Counsel: Commercial Real Estate & ECC (Hybrid)

Project People is seeking a Property Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team, supporting a high-volume estates and telecoms infrastructure programme. You’ll manage end-to-end commercial property transactions, including leases, Code Agreements, licences, and freehold acquisitions.

You must be a qualified solicitor with 2–3 years PQE in commercial property and ECC experience, plus strong stakeholder management. In-house experience and exposure to property litigation are desirable.
