Estates Maintenance & Technical Projects Lead (Hybrid)

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is recruiting a Head of Maintenance and Technical Projects to oversee regional hard services and technical projects across our estate. The role reports to the Director of Estates and leads a team while managing contractors to ensure safety, compliance and value for money across campuses.

You will coordinate with campus leaders, estates colleagues and external partners to keep buildings operational and support learning outcomes.
