Job Title: Enablement Strategic Programmes Lead – Senior Manager

Location: London, Cambridge or Paris, hybrid

Employment Type: Full‑time

The job

You’ll lead strategic enablement programmes for one of AVEVA’s most important partnerships: Schneider Electric and associated group companies. Working within the Partner Enablement team, you’ll turn partnership strategy into practical enablement that helps Schneider sellers and technical teams confidently position and sell the Schneider Electric – AVEVA portfolio. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional workstreams spanning learning, content, platforms, communications and events—while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across AVEVA and Schneider Electric. This is a high‑visibility role with direct impact on pipeline and win‑rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Schneider Electric enablement plan, translating priorities into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, and outcomes.
  • Partner with AVEVA synergy stakeholders and Schneider Electric counterparts to assess needs, prioritise initiatives, and drive engagement across regions.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery of enablement programmes (e.g., role‑based learning paths, webinars, toolkits/content, campaigns, in‑person events/bootcamps).
  • Establish strong governance and reporting rhythms (bi‑weekly/monthly/quarterly), tracking performance and adoption (completion, attendance, platform usage, feedback/NPS).
  • Identify risks and friction points (e.g., access to enablement platforms, content gaps, regional constraints) and drive pragmatic resolution with the right owners.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex programmes with enterprise stakeholders (enablement, GTM, transformation, or equivalent).
  • Strong programme/project management discipline: planning, dependency management, decision logging, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product, technical SMEs, education/learning).
  • Excellent communication skills—able to create clear stakeholder updates, facilitate working sessions, and drive decisions.
  • Comfortable using data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve programme effectiveness.

Desired Skills

  • Impact: Delivers at pace, prioritises what matters, and keeps multiple workstreams moving through ambiguity.
  • Aspiration: Builds scalable, repeatable enablement approaches that raise consistency across regions and roles.
  • Curiosity: Uses insights from Schneider Electric stakeholders, usage analytics and feedback to refine content and programmes.
  • Trust: Builds strong relationships across AVEVA and Schneider Electric; communicates transparently and follows through.

Benefits (UK)

  • Flexible benefits fund
  • Emergency leave days
  • Adoption leave
  • 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Pension
  • Life cover
  • Private medical insurance
  • Parental leave
  • Education assistance programme
