Job Title: Head of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Location: Leeds/Hybrid

Contract: Permanent – Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Head of Third-Party Risk Management to lead and shape the Third-Party Risk Management function across Bupa Global, India & UK (BGIUK). This strategic leadership role has significant visibility across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BGIUK Third Party Risk Management function.
  • Own and maintain the BGIUK TPRM Framework, including all related documentation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on relevant TPRM regulatory requirements.
  • Develop practical guidance supporting the TPRM Framework.
  • Support engagement, reporting and communications with Bupa Group.
  • Manage the TPRM Oversight Committee.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks.
  • Oversee monitoring, control testing and remediation activity.
  • Lead concentration risk reporting.
  • Design and deliver TPRM training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Subject matter expert in TPRM with experience in an international complex regulated business.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of TPRM frameworks and regulations.
  • Experience leading and managing a high‑performing TPRM team.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and governance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working within matrix organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
