We are looking for an experienced Head of Third-Party Risk Management to lead and shape the Third-Party Risk Management function across Bupa Global, India & UK (BGIUK). This strategic leadership role has significant visibility across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BGIUK Third Party Risk Management function.
- Own and maintain the BGIUK TPRM Framework, including all related documentation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on relevant TPRM regulatory requirements.
- Develop practical guidance supporting the TPRM Framework.
- Support engagement, reporting and communications with Bupa Group.
- Manage the TPRM Oversight Committee.
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks.
- Oversee monitoring, control testing and remediation activity.
- Lead concentration risk reporting.
- Design and deliver TPRM training.
What We’re Looking For
- Subject matter expert in TPRM with experience in an international complex regulated business.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of TPRM frameworks and regulations.
- Experience leading and managing a high‑performing TPRM team.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working within matrix organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
