Strategic Commercial Counsel (Hybrid)

Shieldpay is seeking a qualified UK solicitor to partner with revenue teams across commercial execution and strategic scaling. You will own end-to-end client contracting, streamline deal flow, and provide pragmatic legal advice that enables business growth.

You will also support corporate governance, fund-raising, and data protection matters, while driving legal automation and scalable templates. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and potential progression into senior Legal Counsel.
