Deputy COO & Elective Care Strategy Lead

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking a Deputy Chief Operating Officer & Director of Elective Care to provide daily leadership of Trust operations. You will deputise for the Chief Operating Officer and drive performance across services.

The role focuses on delivering core performance and quality standards in Planned Care, supporting RTT, DM01 and Cancer Standards, and delivering non-elective demand improvements.
