Responsibilities

• Provide values-led leadership and ensure the organisation delivers outstanding support, protection and recovery services for people affected by domestic abuse while leading efforts to prevent future violence through education and advocacy.




• Be accountable to the Committee for leadership, performance, sustainability and reputation; work through a skilled Senior Management Team to provide strategic direction, ensure effective governance, develop high-impact partnerships and influence public policy to improve outcomes for survivors.




• Act as principal spokesperson, champion the rights, safety and wellbeing of survivors, and position the organisation as a voice on domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.
