Bench General Manager – Lead, Develop & Own Your Store

Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager to support existing stores while waiting for their own opportunity. Based at one of our current locations, you will lead day-to-day operations, coach teams, drive profitability and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will own the P&L, champion Five Guys values, and develop talent across the district, with development opportunities and access to our GM conference and wellbeing benefits.
