Head Of Sales – European Wholesale
We’re partnering with an award-winning beauty brand to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales who will lead the next phase of its European wholesale growth. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the European wholesale strategy.
- Lead key retail partnerships with customers including Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Amazon, and Douglas.
- Develop and execute best‑in‑class Joint Business Plans.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region.
- Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers.
- Set the commercial direction, deliver ambitious revenue targets, manage budgets, forecast and reforecast while ensuring exceptional execution across every customer.
Qualifications
- Commercially astute and relationship‑driven with an outstanding track record of growing premium retail accounts.
- Strong relationships with key beauty buyers.
- Energetic in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to influence business direction.
- Ambitious, strategic, hands‑on and motivated by growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Up to £110,000 base salary.
- Bonus and pension plan.
- Permanent role based in London.
