Head of Year (Pastoral) – Flexible Term-Time Leader

Abbeywood Community School in Bristol is seeking a Head of Year (non-teaching) to lead pastoral support for a year group. You will monitor attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and welfare while building strong relationships with students and families. The role demands energetic, approachable leadership with data-driven decision making.

The post is a fixed-term contract, 37 hours per week, term-time plus INSET, starting 1 September 2026 and ending 18 December 2026, under the Olympus Academy Trust.
