Quality Improvement Lead£55,000+ per annum (depending on experience) + £350 monthly car allowance
PJ Care is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Leadto join our expanding Quality & Nursing team, supporting up to 13specialist neurological and complex care services across the South and Southwest.Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you’ll play a key rolein strengthening governance, embedding sustainable improvements and ensuringour services consistently deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nursewith experience in quality, governance or compliance who enjoys workingcollaboratively to improve standards, support teams and make a lasting impactacross multiple services.
Contract
- Salaryup to £55,000 per annum
- £350per month car allowance (£4,200 per year)
- Hybridworking (approximately two days from home and three days visitingservices)
- Flexible40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Quality & Nursing, you’llwork across a portfolio of specialist services, partnering with RegisteredManagers, clinical teams and regional leaders to drive continuous qualityimprovement.
You’ll provide expert guidance, coaching and assurance tohelp services achieve and maintain regulatory compliance while strengtheninggovernance and improving outcomes for the people we support. Through qualityvisits, mock inspections and audits, you’ll identify opportunities forimprovement, support services to develop robust action plans and ensurelearning from incidents, complaints and investigations is embedded intoeveryday practice. You’ll also contribute to the development of organisationalpolicies and best practice, promoting a culture where continuous improvement,accountability and excellence are part of everything we do.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced clinical professional whois passionate about improving quality and supporting services to achieveexcellence.
Essential requirements include
- Anaccomplished Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Knowledgeand experience within Quality, Governance or Compliance
- Strongunderstanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance processes
- Experiencewithin complex care or specialist healthcare services (Essential)
- Excellentcommunication, coaching and influencing skills
