Pizzeria Deputy GM — Lead Operations & Growth

PizzaExpress is seeking a motivated second‑in‑command for a 12‑month maternity cover, to lead a busy pizzeria and drive commercial success while delivering a memorable guest experience.

You’ll lead a team, recruit, train and coach, and manage P&L with support from the General Manager to optimise sales, quality and service.
